Depending of where she lives Clara needs to practice diverse physical activities like running, trail, hiking… and discover diverses beautiful landscapes.
Everyday Clara finds a moment to practice a physical activity.

Depending of where Clara lives she can practice diverse physical activities.
When she lived in Crete, she was diving a lot and walking hours every day.
A year after Clara lived in st Barth. On this French island Clara Goasmat could continue to dive in Caribbean Ocean where she experienced amazing moments seeing things she never saw before in her life like shark, ray… Additionally, she ran everyday evening after doing some gym exercises with her roommate.
When she continued her life in Barcelona she continued running. Once she arrived in Paris she took a subscription to the gym and she continue to run in one of the most beautiful city in the world. Today she would like to develop new skills in trail.
Hiking as a way to enjoy physical activities and landscapes.

Since she is born, Clara goes every year in Ax-les-Thermes to practice sport. https://www.ariegepyrenees.com/preparer/explorer/villages/ax-les-thermes/. It’ is a small village in the Pyrenees. Her grandparents took her at a very young age hiking in such wonderful places. She even slept in the mountains when she was 8 years old. Clara kept this passion for this sport and continue to share it with her family and since last year she experienced it with a long date friend.
She even challenged herself on a 3-day challenge on a 85km island. It was a success and crazy experience. Clara thinks that when you live in big cities its important to disconnect. Sports are very helpful for that. By combining the peace of the place with the feeling that a sport can give her, it helps her to feel good in her body but also in her mind. It also gives her energy and maintain her in a good daily routine.
Running as a physical activity also means discoveries.
Clara thinks that her passion for the practice of sport really started when she found something special about it. For her it’s a way to growth and learn more about a place. She always practiced sport. The first sport she discovered was dance, she experienced modern jazz for few years before moving to gymnastic and then athletics.
Since she runs, she likes sport more. She doesn’t need to focus on anything just free her thoughts. While discussing with friends, she realized that cardio and in this case, running, is also a way to discover herself by pushing her limits. Sometimes she wants to stop but she remembers she can do it. The fact that she is running few kilometers allow Clara and her friends to find new places, to feel more comfortable in a big city because you start to feel familiar with those places you are used to see while running.
The gym as a physical activity is important to take care of herself.
Indeed, by practicing physical activities everyday she needs to take care of her body to not get hurt so easily. Getting hurt happened often when she is doing too much effort without resting. The body is supporting too much and she is not taking a break during her week. Sports need to stay a pleasure and not supposed to put you in physical difficulties. Clara realized she needed to have an everyday physical activity but tried to balance her sessions to let the time for the body to breathe.
Conclusion:
For Clara physical activities found his place in her daily life bringing her peace of mind. She is aware of the positives sides of practicing a physical activity and everything it brings her. However, she knows that sport is a pleasure and not an addiction and a balance is needed to not get hurt.
